There is no “one size fits all” technique and as a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), Registered 200-hour yoga teacher (RYT-200) with a special certification in trauma-informed yoga, Reiki master in both the Usui & Holy Fire styles, certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction instructor, and as a tarot/oracle reader for spiritual guidance, together with Brianne you will find what works best for you and your needs.
