During this challenging time of COVID-19 and quarantines, we at Counsel Connections want you to know that we remain open and available to support you. We recognize that caring for one’s mental health is vital to maintaining physical health. We also recognize that the current environment is incredibly stressful, which if not managed well, can increase anxiety, depression, and any other mental health concerns one may be experiencing. Counsel Connections is committed to being an ongoing resource for the community in this time of exceptional need.
We are offering both in-person and phone/video sessions. If you and all in your household are healthy, and you would like to come for sessions in person, you are very welcome. We are doing the best we can to keep our facility clean and safe for you. If anyone in your household is unwell, if you are quarantined, or simply more comfortable with phone/video sessions, we can do that as well. Most insurances are covering telehealth and some are even waiving co-payments and deductibles, making this a great time for self-care.
