Amanda Irwin is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. She has been a counselor since 2007 and has worked in a clinical environment for over a decade. Her experience is extensive, including individual, group and family therapies, counseling hundreds of clients experiencing everything from daily life struggles to more pervasive challenges. Amanda’s goals are first to listen, and then find pathways to empower my clients in a supportive environment, while earning their trust.
Amanda utilizes various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Solution Focused therapy. She believes that each client travels a unique journey. She strives to assist individuals with making positive changes by tailoring her modalities to fit their specific needs, and by focusing on their strengths. By acknowledging patterns, breaking cycles, and restoring balance, individuals and families can greatly improve their quality of life.
