About Me

Ben believes that each person has the power, wisdom, and ability to heal themselves. He prioritizes cultivating a comfortable and highly collaborative therapeutic relationship – working alongside clients on their journey of exploration, learning, growth, and healing. Ben utilizes a creative, client-centered approach – incorporating mindfulness, embodiment practices, and existentialism.

Ben earned his Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Georgia State University. Ben has extensive clinical training with inpatient psychiatric populations, assessing a range of mental health concerns, and acute crisis intervention.
