Destiny is a Licensed Master Social Worker with years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and older adults in various settings including inpatient psychiatry, private practice, foster care and advanced behavioral health. She graduated from Savannah State University in 2019 earning a bachelor’s degree in social work and Georgia State University in 2020 earning a master’s degree in social work. Destiny is also currently a Doctor of Social Work candidate at Walden University. She possesses a wide skill set in communication, interpersonal rapport building, and resource knowledge. Destiny understands that each person is unique and her primary focus is to provide necessary interventions based on the assessment of need for each individual served.

Her therapeutic approach is person centered and solution focused providing a creative outlook to navigating adversities. She believes that individuals should be allowed to take the driver seat on whatever journey they are on and will provide assistance with directions on how to reach their desired destination.
