About Me

Emily is a Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about supporting children, individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. She believes therapy should be a space where clients feel safe, heard, and accepted without judgment.

Emily takes a collaborative and systemic approach to therapy, recognizing that our experiences, relationships, and environments shape how we understand ourselves and navigate life. She believes clients are the experts in their own lives and works alongside them to explore patterns, build on their strengths, and discover new possibilities. Her areas of interest include trauma, relationships, couples, family dynamics, and helping individuals better understand themselves and their relationships.

Emily understands that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable and strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves. She tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Emily earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University. She currently provides therapy under clinical supervision while working toward professional licensure.
