Ronda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years experience working with adolescents, adults and couples in varying capacities. She is originally from New York and moved to Atlanta 10 years ago. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Georgia.
In practice, Ronda believe’s in utilizing a person centered approach to therapy as it emphasizes individuality, rights, privacy, choice, independence, dignity, respect and partnership. She employ’s evidence based approaches such as Solution Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating mindfulness and psychoeducation into her practice.
Ronda has an extensive background in crisis stabilization, assessment and counseling having successfully worked with individuals, families, and groups in clinical environments within a community context, school systems, psychiatric facilities and in traditional counseling settings.
